The Hayes Law Firm practices in all areas of general law and render the legal services needed by individuals and small business. The firm primarily provides legal services for real-estate transactions. 

The firm also represents clients in bankruptcy matters, corporate and partnership transactions, wills and estates matters, civil litigation in all courts including, the Virginia Supreme Court and the Virginia Court of Appeals, domestic relations, family law (no-fault divorces and adoptions), criminal and traffic matters, and personal injury cases. 

The firm’s fees are competitive and may be a fixed amount or based upon an hourly rate, or are sometimes based upon a percentage of the amount recovered for a client (Usually limited to personal injury cases). 

For matters other than real estate and contingency cases, a retainer is usually required.
